John was with me all the way in Lockwood Internet Base of USSVI.  We have about 250 members back in those days.  He actually became my Vice Commander.  When I had to give Lockwood up because I started Wyoming Base, no-one would step up and take it over.  We disbursed the remaining funds to 5 different Musuem Boats.  
Best to him and wife.  Always a joy to talk to.

John Bay wanted me to inform you guys that they are moving him to Hospice. Probably a lot less than a year left. He isn't looking for sympathy as he chose this path. He is currently in Marshwood. His cell is 207-215-0750. He can't always answer, but if he is able to answer, he will. I try different times, and get him about one out of eight attempts.
