I know it will be a pain to sign up again, but simply use your old credentials if you wish.  In any case write the new ones down.  We are unable to dig out your password in any case.  We can delete you and then you can re-enlist with whatever you wish.  This will also help us in regards to having your latest email in the system.

I had some problems with the "secret code"  Maybe I should have put on my secret decoder glasses.  But after 4 tries I got it right so I can report aboard.Wink
