Forward outboard port and starboard crew's berthing on a James Madison Class Boat had four storage cabinets. With our crew they were used for Dress Blues hanging storage, usually claimed by those berthing in the immediate area. I suspect our Gold Crew brethren used them for gedunk storage for the rec committee because of what we found when we took over the boat. If you had them, what did your crews use them for?

I don't know about other boats but both 598 class boats I was on had the dress blues under the rack. Our whites were left back in the states. Not good when the run ended in the middle of the Summer when we returned to NLON and had to travel to our homes or the Lamplighter Inn.
