"The full scope may never be publicly known of the July 1 fire aboard a 
deep-diving submarine in the Arctic in which 14 Russian submariners lost
 their lives. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov described the 
submarine’s mission as a "state secret." However, based on analysis of 
open sources, I can reveal details of the submarine’s movements before 
and after the event."
