Breck's on River's Ave., we used to go there for the Sirloin for two at least once a month when I was at SIMA Charleston and first married. It was one of the best deals in restaurants back then. Lots of Navy folks patronized it. They are still there. It is one place I will have to go eat if and when I visit Charleston. I noticed the Idlehours is in the same place, but a cafe now. They still list chili burgers. Another stop I will have to make. Wonder what the neighborhood on Montague Avenue is like these days?
