A lady dolphin wearer was sworn in At the Bremerton Base on Jan. 20th as Base Commander.  Bremerton is the 3 largest Base in the land behind Groton at 1184 members, then Charleston at 261, then Bremerton at 247 members.  Name is Ilene Davis.

Ileene is also known as CSSC(SS) Davis. Chief Davis earned her dolphins on SSGN-727 USS MICHIGAN.

Close.. it is Culinary Specialist (Submarines) Chief. 
CSS is a Culinary Specialist specific to Subs.

The Senior Chief version of the rate would be CSSCS.
