When he was born he became the owner of a very high grade Browning SA 22 LR. (His Father has custody)Eventually he shall have a book, just not yet. I doubt he would take care of it like he should. I made the mistake of giving him a spear point to take to show and tell this year, and it is now in two pieces. I am hoping the 8" Megalodon tooth I found on the Outer Banks while at AC & R school will survive in the display box I put it in prior to giving it to him when he was on a shark kick. As an aside, the ranking Chief was really named Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse, he was a MM Suffering from CRS lately. Sometimes things are so clear, other times it takes me a whole day to finally remember.

I stumbled on this 20 minute youtube video describing Midway... the narrator is the author of one of the best Midway Books - along with Walter Lord's book.

I just went to abebooks.com and found one in VG condition (paperback) for $4.19.  That is the only site I use.

Thanks to Doc Stan, I have a new book headed this way from Abebooks, still looking for something like a signed copy or first addition. However, the virus has taken three friends in the past week, and I figure I might not have time to come up with something better. No problems at this time, but they were fine two weeks ago. Two in assisted living homes due to falls and one still farming. I guess you never know. Thanks for the Youtube, the link is on the way to Asa and his Dad. You guys have been a great help.

My back yard Memorial Day just before Noon.

Ignore the date stamp, I use the camera so infrequently I never bother checking it. Plus I don't know where the manual is for the camera so I can reset it. Will look up the manual today and get that done.
