Submarine veteran Capt. Frank Fogarty, retired U.S. Navy and 5th CO of the USS Nautilus, turned 100 on April 18, 2024. He smiles as he talks about his service on board the Navy’s first nuclear submarines, particularly the USS Nautilus, on Wednesday, Apr. 24, 2024, in Spokane, Wash.
