While not yet officially confirmed by the USN, there can be little doubt this is the long missing ROBALO.  Here is the communication received by one of the divers.  "My name is Neil Krumbeck and I'm an Australian diver residing in the Philippines. I'm also associated with a company called Sea Scan Survey. We would like to inform the USSVI that our team discovered the wreck of the USS Robalo (SS-273) on May 23,2019 in the Balabac Strait off southern Palawan."

Thanks Pat for this important find!
4 survived but were found by Japanese and jailed.  I note was dropped out of a cell window and another US prisoner found and reported it.  A destroyer took them off the island but neither the ship nor the 4 were ever heard from again.
