My last chief on 610 was ETCS(SS) with red hashmarks and 16 years in at the time.

Great leader, low key who didn't need to yell to command respect.

I guess the everybody gets a trophy time has arrived.

I always figured the gold stripes were for the people who 1) didn't get caught or 2) were to good two-shoes to ~~do anything wrong~~ have fun.
