A Texas jury awarded $ 730 million on Monday to the family of a 73-year-old woman who was killed in a 2016 clash with a tractor pulling a flatbed trailer carrying an oversized nuclear submarine propellor.  Toni Combest collided with a truck operated by Landstar Ranger Inc. near the town of Mount Pleasant in Titus County, Texas, on February 21, 2016, crossing a 197,000-pound propeller for a Navy nuclear submarine.
