A while back, I noticed our Taco Bell Tacos and Burritos in Albany GA seemed to be downsizing. I also noticed the meat made everything red, like it had a dye added, and it soaked thru a hard taco shell pretty fast. I made the rash assumption that this was a national change. Now that I have stopped and eaten in three Northern Taco Bells, I find this isn't the case. Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York State Taco Bells are as I remember Taco Bell dishes being. I always have a #1. Burrito Supreme and Taco Supreme. They are definitely a lot better than those I have recently purchased in Albany GA. So I will write to their corporate headquarters and ask why? When you are retired, you occasionally stir the pot.
Walt,

Actually, Walt, corporate headquarters are always thankful for receiving customer feedback. It gives them a way to check on their franchisees to make sure they are toeing the company line, and keeping up to company standards. If something is amiss, they will get on it quickly.

I had problems with a Carl's Jr. (Hardee's back east) and got feedback quickly. They send out coupons for free burgers in thanks. AND I noticed improvements at the local shop.

So it actually pays to send in customer complaints AND compliments to corporate HQ.

You're right Jon. About a year ago, I lost caller I.D. on my tv and Comcast was unable to fix it or even find what the problem was, especially since I already had it and it just disappeared.
After weeks of fighting with Comcast I finally wrote a letter to the CEO of the company and lo and behold....you got it, I got a call to call a number of a tech in Comcast and he fixed the problem within 30 minutesClapClapClap
Sometimes it pays to be a pain in the arse, especially when you're paying for a service and this is included in the service.

Still haven't heard back from Taco Bell. I guess they are investigating.
