I got a bit behind on posting updates to the THRESHER Report, but to be fair, SecNav moved them, then started dumping them in randomly timed groups.

But!

The report files seem to have found their Forever Home, and it looks like maybe(?) the collection is "complete".

Here is the master link to all 15 parts of the report (27 files so far):

MT2/SS
USS Simon Bolivar - SSBN 641 (B)
USS Henry M. Jackson - SSBN 730 (B)
USSVI - Wyoming Base

I am a bit surprised at the lack of comments on the Thresher Report.

Yes, there is a lot of technical jargon in this report. But what a great thing to read during the cold of winter and the 2' of snow that I  have.
I lost a friend (EM A School, Nuke School) on her.  One of my strongest memories was the ringing of the Chapel bell on SubBase Groton for hours when the news was given out. My crew was the off-crew on the 599 at that time.  We also had a Sonarman who had reported aboard a month or so prior to the accident.  He was devastated but hung in there and stayed with us for several years.

NO.  His name escapes me.  I will report when it comes back to me.
